Ms. Sonya Thayer is a partner and the Vice-President of Business Development for Groupe conseil CODE6. She has more than 15 years of experience in IT, including 12 years in consulting. Before joining CODE6, Ms. Thayer was senior director of consulting services at Cognicase, an important IT consulting firm, where she was responsible for major accounts. Prior to working for Cognicase, Ms. Thayer was director of marketing and a shareholder of SODEFI Informatique. She worked for the IT consulting firm for four years, contributing to its growth and renown. SODEFI was bought by Cognicase in 2002. Over the years, Ms. Thayer has been responsible for teams of external resources at her clients, large and medium-size companies where she won respect and strengthened her credibility. She has always been thoroughly appreciated by managers, whom she interacts with professionalism and simplicity. She is recognized for her constant concern for customer satisfaction and the well-being of her staff. She is a good communicator and is always available to assist her clients and the consultants reporting to her. Ms. Thayer holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Marketing from the École des hautes études commerciales and is a graduate of Collège de Sherbrooke in Computer Science. |
